Refund Policy

DodoDeck costs $5 as a one-time purchase after a 14-day full-feature trial. There is no subscription. Dodo Payments processes the purchase and emails the license key.

No voluntary refunds

DodoDeck license purchases are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds or returns after purchase. The 14-day full-feature trial lets you try the app before deciding whether to buy a license.

This policy does not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Billing errors and legal rights

If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a refund right under applicable law, email support@dododeck.app with your purchase email and order details. Do not post your license key publicly. Dodo Payments processes purchases and any applicable refunds.
